We are a manufacturer of thermally modified wood and wood building materials. Thermally modified wood is a chemical-free, eco-friendly, longer-lasting alternative to many common wood building materials and exterior finishing products used today. Our products are modified and finished right here in the United States, and we're proud to say we only use trees from sustainably managed forests. It's all about keeping it local and eco-friendly. Using this improved wood, we craft prefinished, ready-to-install, naturally beautiful wood building materials including cladding, rainscreen, slatting, fencing, decking, and lumber.
How We Got Here.
Bringing a building to life can be chaotic. With our expertise in the wood and building materials biz, we wanted to reduce the chaos and make things easier for our architect and contractor clients. Our aim? Bring to the table an enhanced wood product that's a breeze to order, ready to install, and eco-friendly – without all the extra fuss and fluff.
We're firm believers that thermally modifying fast-growing wood like pine isn't just about preserving rainforests—it's a game-changer. It's the ideal alternative to chemical-heavy pressure-treated lumber, and hands down, the most sustainable, eco-friendly, and durable exterior façade material out there right now. That's the driving force behind ThermaPro. We're here to introduce prefinished, ready-to-install building products crafted entirely from thermally modified wood.
